Yoga with Raydene (March)
Our first In Community 60-minute somatic-focused yoga class, guided by Raydene, welcomes you into your body and invites you to stay there. Today's class includes supine, kneeling and standing postures, side bends and backward bends. You'll build a little heat in your body by flowing breath-to-movement and also have time to stretch, recover and rest.
