In Community is a free and donation-based online movement community. We offer live and recorded classes in yoga, strength training, breathwork, somatics and mindfulness led by Raydene Salinas Hansen, a certified instructor based on Cape Cod, MA.
-
Our live classes are completely free. We also offer a growing library of free recorded classes available anytime. If you're able and willing to donate, we welcome it. Your contribution directly funds access for others. But there is no cost, no pressure, and no minimum.
-
None. Classes are designed to be accessible to all levels—complete beginners, people returning to movement after a break and experienced practitioners alike. Raydene offers modifications throughout so you can move in whatever way works for your body.
-
No equipment is required. A yoga mat is helpful but not necessary—a carpet or soft floor works great. You may want a pillow, blanket or folded towel to make seated or lying-down portions of class more comfortable.
-
Classes are held online via Zoom. When you register on Eventbrite, you'll receive a link before class. All you need is a device with a camera (optional) and enough space to move a little (or a lot).
-
Classes are recorded! If you register and can't attend, you'll still have access to the recording. Recordings are also added to our free Library after class.
-
Welcoming, unhurried and genuinely inclusive. Raydene's teaching is trauma-informed, which means she gives you choices throughout—there's no pressure to do any pose or look a certain way while doing it. You'll move, breathe, maybe sweat a little and hopefully leave feeling more at home in your body.
-
Yes. Raydene offers modifications throughout class and encourages you to pay attention to and honor what your body needs. If you have specific questions about whether a class is right for you, feel free to reach out to Raydene directly at ray@rshmoves.me before joining.

A few ways: donate what you can, share our classes with someone who might need them, follow us on social media, or reach out about in-kind support (space, equipment, teaching and more). Every bit helps In Community grow!
