Breathe In Community with Raydene

This is a 100% FREE 30-minute virtual breathwork & meditation class on Thursday, May 7 at 8am (Eastern)

What to expect in a free In Community class

Our classes are 30-60 minutes, held online via Zoom, and designed for all bodies and experience levels. Here's what a typical class looks like:

  • A warm welcome & brief grounding practice to invite you into your body

  • A gentle warm-up & connection to your breath

  • For Yoga: a flowing movement sequence—yoga, strength, Pilates or somatics depending on the class theme

  • For Breathwork: an accessible breath practice—natural breathing and breath awareness followed by a regulating, cooling, heating or energizing breath depending on the class theme

  • Some time to recover and rest

  • A closing moment to integrate the work you’ve done

Raydene cues modifications throughout, so there's always an option that works for you. You can keep your camera on or off—entirely your choice.

What you'll need:

  • A device to join Zoom (phone, tablet or computer)

  • Enough space to move in the way you want to

  • Optional: a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow for comfort

  • Optional: water to sip

What you won't need:

  • Experience—all levels of movers are welcome

  • Special clothing or gear—wear what feels comfortable

  • To be “perfect” or to “feel ready”—come as you are

Classes are recorded, so if you can't make it live, you'll still have access.
