Somatic Yoga with Raydene (April)

This In Community 60-minute somatic-focused slow flow yoga class, guided by Raydene, invites you to slow down and feel what it feels like to be in your body. Today's class includes supine, kneeling and standing postures, side bends and backward bends. You'll move with intention, flow breath-to-movement and give yourself permission to rest.
