Wellbeing begins here, together.
Free and low-cost yoga, somatic movement, art, mindfulness, and breathwork programs for every body, every age, and every background.
Our Approach
At In Community, we believe that healing, strength, creativity, and resilience belong to everyone. Our free and low-cost classes remove the barriers that often prevent people from accessing wellbeing practices—financial limitations, cultural gaps, stigma, or lack of experience.
We offer movement and arts programs that are trauma-informed, inclusive, and accessible, led by founder Raydene Salinas Hansen, a Yoga, Strength & Acroyoga Instructor, Somatics Coach, and Functional Breathing Coach based on Cape Cod, MA.
Come as you are. Move at your pace. Grow with support.
You are welcome here.
For Our Community
We design programs for all ages and all bodies—with a special commitment to individuals and families who are neglected, underserved, or at risk. Everyone deserves access to practices that support healing, joy, and resilience.
Why “In Community”?
Because wellbeing is not meant to be pursued alone. Healing is collective. Growth is relational. Creativity expands when shared.
We’re building a stronger, healthier, more connected community.

Raydene Salinas Hansen of RSH Moves
Yoga & Strength Instructor, Somatics Coach & Functional Breath Coach
Raydene Salinas Hansen is a Yoga, Strength & Acroyoga Instructor, Somatics Coach, and Functional Breathing Coach dedicated to making healing, movement, and creativity accessible to every person—regardless of age, background, body type, or life experience.
For over a decade, Raydene has blended her training in movement, somatics, breathwork, trauma-informed practices, and nervous system education to create spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported. Her teaching style is warm, invitational, and grounded in the belief that every body has wisdom—and every person deserves access to tools that help them feel more whole.
In her work across Cape Cod, she has supported beginners and advanced movers alike, community members navigating trauma or chronic stress, caregivers and frontline workers, elders, teens, and individuals with mobility limitations.
Raydene founded In Community to address a gap she witnessed firsthand: meaningful wellbeing opportunities that are affordable, inclusive, trauma-informed, and rooted in connection—not perfection. Her vision is to expand community access to movement, art, and embodied healing in ways that are joyful, empowering, and sustainable.
When you support In Community, you help founder Raydene Salinas Hansen bring accessible movement, creativity, and healing to people who need it most. Your gift directly funds free and low-cost yoga, somatic movement, mindfulness, breathwork, and art classes—creating pathways to resilience, empowerment, and connection.
