Why “In Community”?

Wellbeing is not meant to be pursued alone. Healing is collective. Growth is relational. Creativity expands exponentially when shared.

We’re building a stronger, healthier, more connected community.

We move, breathe, cry, laugh, grow, rest, play, learn, sweat, live, work, meditate, listen, heal, restore, dance, connect, reset, dream… In Community.

Practice With Us

Raydene integrates yoga, strength training, Pilates, breathwork and somatic practices that support your nervous system into her classes.

She continues to study the body and brain through new modalities, like neurosomatics—coming soon.

At In Community, performance isn’t our goal. It’s regulation, agency and authentic connection to self and others.

“Ray’s supportive, encouraging teaching style has helped me uncover a confidence I didn’t always recognize. I’ve learned that I can do hard things and that balance between effort and compassion has been one of the greatest lessons I’ve taken off the mat. Her classes have truly become a place where I expand, reconnect, and surprise myself, and I am grateful.”

Raydene Salinas Hansen of RSH Moves

Yoga & Strength Instructor, Somatics Coach & Functional Breathing Coach

Raydene Salinas Hansen is a Yoga, Strength & Acroyoga Instructor, Somatics Coach and Functional Breathing Coach dedicated to making movement and healing accessible to everyone.

“For much of my life, I couldn’t afford yoga or fitness classes, and when I did enter those spaces, I often felt like I didn’t belong because I wasn’t wealthy enough or the right kind of person. Wellness spaces often felt exclusive, intimidating and not meant for people like me. I know how painful and disheartening it is to seek support for your body and mental health and instead feel excluded because of cost, culture or unspoken rules about who belongs.”

In response, over the last decade, Raydene has built a reputation for creating inclusive, welcoming spaces where people feel supported to be and celebrated for being exactly who they are. She seamlessly blends her training in yoga, strength training, somatics, breathwork and recently nervous system education into her group classes and 1:1 sessions.

“The reason I study anything is because of the impact the particular modality has had on my own physical and mental health, both as I recovered from spinal cord surgery in 2011 and continue to navigate post-traumatic growth (PTSD) from a car accident in 2005. All of these modalities work together to support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience and physical and mental capacity. I see the benefits of my integrated approach every day in my clients—and in myself.”

These experiences are the foundation of the work she does today. Raydene created In Community with the vision to expand community access to movement, mindfulness and embodied healing in ways that are joyful, empowering and sustainable.

Client Testimonials

  • “Ray helps me find edges I didn’t know I could reach while also reminding me to honor where I am. There’s a trust and safety in her teaching that makes me feel like I can show up as myself—strong, tired, unsure, whatever—and still walk out better for it. I always know I’ll leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more connected to myself than when I walked in. She makes the practice accessible, but still powerful. Her sense of humor, knowledge and compassion show in each sequence and class. As a physical therapist, I am always analyzing movements and am conscious about form and alignment of strengthening and stretching. Ray continues to provide supportive and effective cues to ensure quality of mobility and safe practice. Her knowledge of what she’s teaching comes through in each class.”

  • “I would recommend working with Raydene if you are someone who wants to feel more comfortable in your workout journey and with yourself. Oftentimes my negative self talk can be hard to navigate, but by the end of class I am always feeling grateful for my body because of the way she speaks in class.”

    —Claire C.

  • “Working with Raydene has helped me learn so much about myself. I’ve discovered that I’m more capable, resilient, and creative than I used to believe. Her classes have pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way, and in doing that, I’ve grown not just in skill but in confidence. I’ve learned to trust myself more - to take up space, to try things even when I’m unsure, and to stay present in the process instead of focusing only on the outcome. Ray is attentive, knowledgeable, and honest, but also motivating and warm. She creates an environment where I feel safe!”
